Our one-stop wedding packages mean you and your guests can celebrate the start of your “happily ever after”, with minimal stress and hassle. Venue hire costs are flexible for the number of people attending your event – from small weddings of under 40 people up to larger receptions of 120 people.
Whether a casual celebration or a formal wedding reception, our team is committed to ensuring you have wonderful memories of your special day.
Our wedding packages are inclusive of:
- Venue hire for your wedding reception
- Tables and chairs for 100 people (round bar leaners not included but can be hired)
- Tailored menus from our preferred caterer
- Reasonable beverage prices
- Ample complimentary parking
And yes…. you may bring your own cake!
Wedding Reception Venue:
The Venue is located in a relaxed environment amongst beautiful Pōhutukawa on the edge of a stunning reserve. With views over Milford Marina and the nearby stunning Milford beach, you hardly have to leave the premises for fabulous photography. Have your wedding ceremony on the beach or reserve and your day becomes even more magical!
The reception space provides a large open area with a dance floor and bar. Doors open out onto a large deck and natural light floods in through the large windows.
Included with venue hire is the use of our PA system (microphone and speakers). For your wedding reception, the windows will be dressed with flowing white drapes and the rest is your blank canvas to decorate and personalise to your style or theme.
Wedding Catering:
Our preferred caterers can create a tailored menu to suit your style, theme, budget and dietary requirements. From finger food to full buffet dinners.
Licensed Bar Staff:
Qualified and experienced bar staff are available to ensure all of your beverage requirements are taken care of.
We do not offer a BYO option, however, unlike other venues in the area, all beverage prices will be at our Clubhouse prices, so this can help with a more affordable event.
